OTMS Fan Night TakeOver Post-Event Support

We will need help from volunteers tearing down the Fan Night event.  If you are already planning to come pickup your student from the event - please consider staying 15-20 minutes to help put the school back in order after Fan Night.

Tear Down Volunteers
Times: 7:45pm - 8:45pm (at the latest - with enough help it will be much sooner). Most parents don't know, but the school does not have a cleaning staff on hand for the night of the event. The school generously doesn't charge the PTO to "rent the building" for the night to host Fan Night which allows us to have more funds to do fun things for the students. Through this generosity, that means the school does not pay for a cleaning staff to come to the event at the end and clean up the school and put it back together for the upcoming school week. In order to continue to not have to "rent the building", we as a PTO are responsible for the clean-up at the end of the night. With that, we will need several people to help make tear down a quick process - please consider helping - we would greatly appreciate it.
