No Sale Fundraiser
Each year, the 8th grade students raise the funding needed to support the cost of their year-end celebration event. In lieu of selling a product, this "no sale" fundraiser collects in kind donations and sponsorships to achieve the fundraising goal. The initial 8th grade fundraising goal is $6,500, with a stretch goal of $8500. By achieving this goal, all 8th grade student's celebration expenses will be covered. The stretch goal will allow for a longer Celebration with more amenities.
This year's celebration will occur in May, (official date is being finalized). This will be an off-site celebration at a nearby amusement venue. The expenses will cover a few hours of fun-filled activities, lunch, bussing transportation, and a t-shirt.
Any donation is appreciated. Friends, family members, and businesses may make contributions, simply send the link to this page for participation. Don't forget to inquire with your workplace about a company match donation. Many companies will match your personal donation. The Custom ($1 - $49): Any donation is appreciated, give what you can.
The Spark ($50): This sparks the fundraising efforts, contributes toward celebration costs and helps create a memorable experience for the 8th grade class.
The Boost ($100): A Boost donation accounts for multiple student's celebration expenses and creates a nice "boost" in the fundraising efforts. It includes the following perks:
- 8th grade graduation yard sign or window cling (to be delivered in the spring).
The Major ($250): A Major business or family sponsorship will cover expenses for multiple students while supporting the added experiences and thoughtful details that make this milestone celebration special. It includes the following perks:
- 8th grade graduation yard sign or window cling (to be delivered in the spring).
- Business logo or family name featured on signage in the OTMS circle drive.
- Business logo or family name included in a Sponsor Feature e-mail sent to all 8th grade families.
The Mega ($500): A Mega business or family sponsorship goes above and beyond! This generous contribution makes a significant impact on event expenses while helping create an engaging and memorable celebration and the ultimate send-off to high school! This sponsorship includes the following perks:
- 8th grade graduation yard sign or window cling (to be delivered in the spring).
- Business logo or family name featured on signage in the OTMS circle drive.
- Business logo or family name included in a Sponsor Feature e-mail sent to all 8th grade families.
- Business logo or family name featured on the OTMS PTO social media pages.
- Business logo or family name feature in the 8th grade graduation program.
The Big One ($1000): Only 1 available. This is the Presenting Sponsorship. The Big One will cover bussing transportation to/from the Celebration. A cost not previously required by families to absorb for this event. This sponorship includes the following perks:
- Naming rights. Meaning, all Celebration communication will say "8th Grade Celebration: Presented by {Business/family Name}" for the remainder of the school year. Please note, presenting Sponsor naming rights are subject to school approval to ensure appropriate alignment with a student-centered event.
- 8th grade graduation yard sign or window cling (to be delivered in the spring).
- Business logo or family name featured on signage in the OTMS circle drive.
- Business logo or family name included in a Sponsor Feature e-mail sent to all 8th grade families.
- Business logo or family name featured on the OTMS PTO social media pages.
